What happens when my welcome allowance ends?
Once you use your 300 LIVE minutes or your 30-day welcome period ends, you can choose the monthly plan in the iPhone app to continue LIVE coaching. It includes 300 LIVE minutes each month for $19.90.
How do the monthly LIVE minutes work?
Your monthly plan includes 300 LIVE minutes per billing month. The allowance refreshes when your subscription renews. Unused minutes don’t roll over to the next billing month.
What uses my LIVE minutes?
LIVE minutes cover time spent in an active LIVE coaching session, including the time NavCoach listens for critical moments. Unlimited pre-meeting strategy coaching is included separately and doesn’t use your LIVE minutes.
